Good luck FrankieI'm not looking for sympathy...........I'm giving you a warning!! I'll be back stronger than ever and able to dedicate more time on the bench! So when you see me sitting across from you just know I'm out to win!!
Okay, before I get slammed on here just know I hope it helps me not squirm so much sitting behind the gun and during all the prep work I do at home!! Hope all have a good day!

I know you are, that is one thing I love about this community is there really is a care for each other (no I'm not crying! LOL) but we really do take an interest in each other, the only time we are a little self centered in on the line during a match.Good luck Frankie

did you ever think that maybe the surgery does not do anything except make the doctor richer? I was in const 45 years saw many guys get that operation only to make it worse. tiger woods a billionaire gets the best doctors on the planet only to make it worse. there are many streches and exercises to help when you find the right one.Good Luck Frankie, best wishes for a successful surgery and recovery.
I've had 3, and am jumping through the pre-op hoops for the next one now. Backs are tricky.
Good Luck!

I tried PT but didn't work, just made it worse and with my type of work can't be taking many meds, you climb on a 12/12 or 10/12 pitch roof you better have all your balance and agility to keep it, falling off a 2-story roof is not an option.Haha, makes ya wonder...
I've been in extensive PT programs for Years, with no relief.
Being run over on my motorcycle, head on by a tractor trailer prob didn't help, nor did yrs of pro m/c racing.
Having a CDL and a commercial pilots license eliminates any meds options, that others may find helpful.
Everyone's situation can be unique.
Backs are tricky,
Good Luck!
That's great to hear! My doctor has done over 800 of these procedures with less than 1% with any problems and he told my wife the operation went perfect.
