6CM dies for 22CM?

I have an extra set of Redding 6mm Creedmoor dies, can I just change out to different size bushings to turn into 22 Creedmoor dies?

I use 222 and 22-250 Redding bushing dies in my 20-222 and 20-250 so it should work fine fore you.

That's exactly what I did for my 22 creed, at first, then bought some Alpha 22 creed brass

Yes and precisely what I did for my 22CM. You could do the same with 6.5CM dies too since all 3 share the same case dimensions save for neck diameter.
