The Tubb bipod does not hop at all. The top is like a ball and socket joint swivel. It's a whole other level.

Thanks!! Mine is a Gen2 Dpms. The bone stock 308 barrel that came with it will shoot really small too.

Normally I’d agree with you on ar10 rifles Not shooting the best or easy to shoot well but with a compass lake ar10 it’s kinda cheating. I had compass lake do an ar10 for me. It’s a 24” Krieger barreled 260 rem. Unlike the urban rifle mans rifle mine is based on the armalite platform, but it too is a shooter. They do good work and are easy to talk to and get a hold of.

6 creed or 6xc hands down is my next one.

I have a second upper waiting to become a shooter (6mm flavor). I've been leaning toward 6 Creedmoor over a 243Win. However, the 6GT might be the ticket with potential barrel life of 2500 rounds compared to 1500 for 243Win. I can wait while the cartridge gets proved-up by more shooters and someone other than me chambers AR10 and verifies it feeds well in gas guns.
