Just finished up a left handed AR-15 for my son. Combination Birthday/Christmas gift, his birthday was a couple weeks ago, so he has to open the birthday part first.

Mid-December and here I am putting 200 pieces of fully prepped brass into cases for a rifle that probably won’t be delivered until spring. Heck, the action hasn’t even been made yet.

I suppose BTO bullet sorting is next followed by weight sorting several thousand primers. It’s going to be a long winter, especially once I finish all my projects.

I’m curious, what is everyone else working on?

Not as cold here ( 81 today ) unusual warm this year even for Texas... This winter I want to work on free rifle shooting off the shoulder un supported , a skill I have gotten rusty on playing around on benches the last few years...

Since my reloading room is a total disorganized disaster, I will be cleaning(throwing out some old stuff) and reorganizing. Working on brass for next shooting season. Going to get some shells loaded also.

Oh well, got to have something to do in the Winter when living in the north.

I’ll be unpacking and setting up my new shop. My reloading stuff is still in boxes. Some of my new equipment arrived on Friday. I put the bandsaw together, today. Table saw tomorrow.
Wifey wants a new addition on the bathroom and wants me to build her a dining room table.
I have a couple stocks to build for a couple barreled actions I picked up. Probably be March before I get to those.
A friend of mine might have been right. He said “You’re too old to move!”

Same old,same old here....

Cast bullets out of modified factory bolt guns at as high of velocity as I can get. Nothing better than explosive 22-250 impacts on crows. Shoot almost every day,rain or shine. Friggin wind has been a bugger the last cpl days.

Also make some pretty nice,very specialized loading equipment/tools for the above.
