Hall action firing pin

In your first pic the hole where the pin goes, is the roll pin all the way at the bottom of where you are looking in?
Yes. It goes into that hole and thru the firing pin. To remove it you capture the firing pin so it doesnt fire across the room and just drive the pin farther into the shroud.

Thank you! I appreciate that but Mike @gunsandgunsmithing called me and has offered the same thing so I'm sending it to him on Monday, if he has problems you will be my next call!

Its right as it is now. When my friend was alive that I shot short range BR with, I shot 2 wallet groups that were 0s. I talked to Mr Hall when I first got the rifle about a set of rings. He said "If you don't have a weight to make get a set of Burris signature and never worry about rings again."
