I am not sure what the first picture is but the top end of that machine looks like the top end from a MEC shotshell reloader. I have never seen a MEC brand machine that looked like that though. It makes me wonder if that is possibly a MEC top end modified to fit on another machine. As a longtime MEC owner I would be very interested in what that machine is.

Based on color and style, it looks like an old Pacific DL press, but does look like a MEC top end on there. Strange. I wonder what the stamping say on the base of that blue press.

I think the last picture is the body for an arbor press, it is missing the ram, spur gear and handle.

My shootin bud has that measure. Likes it, me too. Clunker in front instead of klunk the handle. That green stand looks robust enough too.

I believe the press in the first picture is an old Ponsness Warren from back in the 1960's.

What is on the base, I wasn't able to read it from the photo ?

Green press is - as mentioned already - a RCBS Rock Chucker, the successor of the RCBS A-2 press. Difference to the A-2 was that the Rock Chucker was made from cast Iron vs. cast steel. The successor of the Rock Chucker was the Rock Chucker 2 which came with the removable bushings (to accept larger shotshell dies) and a ball handle vs. the bicycle grip as well as a epoxy finish vs. the green paint...

The picture in the middle is the RCBS powder measure stand with what looks like an incomplete Lyman powder measure.

Blue press picture 1 look’s like a Mec. But before Hornady there press were blue and were called Pacific. Kinda resembles a 266 Hornady in it early stage

I also thought it looked similar to some Pacific presses I had seen over the years but I have not seen that many.

I think you’re correct in saying it’s an old Pacific press.
It is not a mec press. I just sold a 1963 vintage Mec super 250
Mec is Red, they’ve never been blue during my life time.

Looks like that RC has the straight handle, epoxy paint but has the removable die bushing. You can see in the pic from underneath the bigger threads

Yes, but it has "- RC -" cast into the frame, all RC 2 models had "RC II" as far as I know. So, if it has removable bushing, it was probably modified afterwards (hard to say without a picture from the top showing the details). Or it is an in-between model, but I think that is a more recent trend between humans :-)
