Trying to order a Tikka T3x Sporter .223

I'm ready to order a Tikka T3x Sporter but cannot get specific information on barrel dimensions and muzzle threaded options and availability.

Is there a supplier/person in the US that can provide accurate detail and availability information?

I am afraid these rifles are not available with threaded barrels. There is certainly enough material to have the barrel threaded if you wish.

I bought my Tikka T3x varmint with heavy barrel at my local gun shop.
I believe they are imported by Beretta

I read the answer to plainly state "not available with threaded bbls".
To infer further? No

My confusion is there's a threaded 20" Sporter on GunBroker, but the threads are M18x1. I asked the seller if the gun was unique or is Tikka only shipping 18x1 guns into the US market, currently waiting for his reply. Adapters are available, but I'm concerned an adapter may cause accuracy issues..... and it won't look good at all to my eye.



I'm not trying to be a PITA but I'm seeing and hearing conflicting information on numerous fronts. If the .223 Sporter isn't available in 1/2x28 of 5/8x24 preferably I'll order a 24" barrel and deal with the unnecessary noise.

I'm a firm believer our sport wouldn't be under as much negative opposition if suppression was the norm. I fought the noise battle for decades riding/racing off-road motorcycles in Oregon. If people can't hear you they typically don't complaint or fight.

In the end Kyle at EuroOptic came through with flying colors service. Ordered a Varmint today, a light trigger spring, 200rds of FGMM 69SMK's, and have 55g V-max in stock. Once I confirm it's a shooter I'll get it threaded 5/8x24 and put it in a KRG Bravo.
