Thanks for all the Help

First I want to thank everyone that responded to my questions about reloading my new 30-06 target rifle I put together with a .337" chamber 8 months ago. Turning necks and all that goes into making ammo to shoot at such an elevated level was a real eye opener. I learned a great deal since that thread 8 months ago. My question goes like this, I talked to Dave at PTG about getting another Serengeti reamer for a new barrel I was getting from Pa-Nor. Another 3 groove match grade barrel for my older Remington 700 LR 30-06. I love those barrels. I told him I wanted to shoot the 208gr ELD bullets and that the Serengeti chamber in my new rifle was a little short for those bullets. He recommended the one he made for the National Team for that bullet. It has a .109" lead instead of the .086" so I ordered it. My question is do any of you guys have any experience with this chamber with a .109" lead shooting the 208gr ELD bullets? Thanks again for your input and you are a wealth of knowledge. Steve

6-8 weeks same for the barrel.
Seems were both waiting.
I picked up 200 of the Bison Ballistics
200 gr claymore's for mine.
Nice looking bullet
I grabbed 10 and checked with calipers.
.0015 variation bbto.
200gr each for all 10 sampled.
Now we wait.

I'm looking forward to the .109" lead new chamber. Should be perfect for the 208 eld and maybe I can make the 210 RDF shoot. Then I have a rifle that'll shoot budget bullets instead of 210gr Sierra bullets. Those are expensive. A fun rifle, not one that makes you sure you missed because you can't shoot straight.
