Burris signature rings

The rings are concave. The inserts are convex. They can't move fore or aft and can be lined up in any orientation needed.

Everything you always wanted to know about them:

You can turn them sideways for left and right adjustments too.
Took me an hour but first shot out of my deer rifle was 22" from bull at about 10 oclock.
I got with in 1" of zeroed with out ever removing the scope caps.

The only inserts you can buy separate from rings are the 1" inserts, at Midway or anywhere else.

I run many sets of these, in both standard 30mm Sig., XTR 30 mm Sig. and XTR 34mm Sig.

I have never lost or destroyed any XTR inserts, and I have other sets in use to rob from if it came to it, so I guess I do not fault Burris for not selling the XTR rings separately.

You will never have a problem with these so long as you occasionally verify that your ring screws remain tight. Not a big deal.

Burris Signature rings are excellent. They do not mar your scope and hold very well.
Never had a scope slip in them. They are outstanding for lining up your scope with the barrel bore using a bore sighter when there is a large misalignment. But sometimes when you go for the final tightening of the scope caps your correction may be off because of the very slight movement of the inserts. But they are definitely worth the hassle.

If you choose to go with the xtr model they come with several insert sizes that would allow you to make up to an adjustment of ~+/- 40 moa, 20 in one direction on the front added to 20 in the opposite direction in the back, or other combinations with the 0,5, and 10 increments.
