Can anyone tell me your base to O-jive length for at the lands with a 167 freebore for a 6.5x47 Lapua. Looking to run 140 VLDs from a detachable mag and would like to see how far out of the case they are and be sure they will fit in the magazine.

Bergers will show bearing surface length on web site subtract neck length and you will have boat tail junction on neck shoulder junction what ever number plus .015 will be where ogive meets lands plus or minus .

So .435 is your bearing surface neck .303
difference= .132 plus .015 =.147 then lead angle which I can not figure it is not much anyway .015 is angle from chamber length to freebore appx.
Therefore you should have with bullet seated so boat tail junction meets nk shoulder junction appx. .147 of bullet sticking out or 147 to touch lands .167 gives a .020 jump not bad as long as COAL fits in mag.
with 6,5x47L try Swift Sciroccos 130 gr polymer tipped , they shot lights out in your chamber.
