I have some brass that I am trying to deburr the flash hole on. I have a tool (Lyman I believe) but it appears to be beveling the hole (which I have been told is very bad).
Is there a tool that will will cut the burr flush without creating the bevel?
I need the burr removed because I am priming the brass on a progressive press using a hold down die. The hold down is crushing the burr leaving the flash hole partially obstructed.
Appreciate any feedback on this topic as I have not previously worried about flash hole burrs but if I am going to prime the way I want to it appears this is a bridge I am going to have to cross.
