i have a remington 700 that has 3 action scews and a hidden mag well.. i am looking to replace their cheap stock with something better but all of the bottom metals i see to use in this process seem to only have 2 action scews... so am i just to eliminate the middle screw?... or are there actually 3 screw bottom metals out there that i cant seem to find?

Eliminate the middle screw. I am not aware of a 3 screw bottom metal for a 700 Remington. When the middle screw is in use, it should not be tightened /torqued down. It is only there for keeping the trigger guard from flopping around on the ADL model

Ok, so I just use the two “action” screws than... that’s what I was kind of assuming...
