Are you sure about that?
Yes. Prime had a contact with Norma’s parent company, they were Prime’s only supplier. Norma demanded payment in full up front for Prime’s last order then held the product never releasing it to Prime causing them to temporarily go out of business. They are currently in a legal battle last I knew.

This subject has been posted previously and as for me I am leaning towards Prime as being the bad guy in this situation. As I stated before, there are two sides to every story and the truth usually lies somewhere in between. After reading views from both sides Prime was trying to be "slick" and it didn't work. I would not buy from Prime.

No, prime had outstanding debt that was never paid. You gotta keep the bills paid or the mfr will recoup their costs.

Yes they did but Ruag allowed them through an agreement to purchase new ammunition that they later decided to not deliver. According to the documents Ruag could have at their discretion taken back the unsold stock and chose not to. It was a dirty move what Ruag did in attempts to collect on a debt. Prime met their request and paid in full for their last order up front.

You've garnered all this info from a 4 min video?
I have never been able to finish that vid. I see a 10 yr old boy at the dinner table dropping the bomb on his parents that the reason he is failing in school, and always in a constant state of trouble is because, not one, but all of his teachers pick on him. Of coarse all he has the full support of his buddies, and initial sympathy from his folks.
I think we know how it ends.

What i saw was a new CEO at norma that said they owe us how much? They got how much money now, but owe us how much? Its like owing money to a buddy, not really able to pay, but he puts a new scope up for sale and you got the cash right now.

I have no bone in this fight. But something is totally twisted somewhere..

If Ruag was in the wrong, wouldn't Prime be the ones suing them and not the other way around ???

It’s a close call, but it’s hard for me not to be swayed by the flag prominently displayed in the video, and the name Prime. Plus, he’s the little guy and Norma is just a company from somewheres else. ;).

There is an article with the contract between Ruag and Prime as well as statements from both side, not just a 4min video. There have also been other articles/interviews about this. I personally have no connection between either, I am however also a small business owner. I’ve actually never purchased ammo from Prime either.

I have no dog in this whatsoever but life has taught me that in legal battles, the one in the right usually keeps quiet until judgement is rendered. Sounds like good legal advice, whether in the right or the wrong, though. A simple..."we are closed due to legal action between Prime and Ruag" would suffice at the moment. If I was Prime, I'd start by firing my lawyer and go from there. I can't see how any lawyer would advise a prepared statement...or any statement, regarding an ongoing legal action. Those things are like talking to the cops! They only help the other side build a case! Criminal or civil...you have the right to remain silent and it's most always the best choice.
