Great service from Protektor Model bags

Just wanted to pass along a great experience I had with these folks.

I am a Palma shooter, but my wife dBbles in F-TR. i don’t know a whole lot about F-class equipment, so I’m not a lot of help to her. She’s been using an old leather Protektor bag for the last couple years just because it’s what I had laying around. After trying a more modern bag at one of our gun clubs recently, it was clear that she’d be much better off with a different bag.

I called Protektor at about 10 am last Monday and asked if there was someone available that could help me select a bag for F-TR. The guy who answered said he could help, and proceeded to answer all of my questions until I was sure that I would be ordering the right one. I placed my order via the web page 10 minutes later, with custom ear spacing and a different color pattern than what was shown on the site, which the guy said would be no problem. They made the bag, and sent it out the next day. It was on my doorstep before noon on Friday, and it turned out perfectly. Exactly 4 days from phone call to delivery for a custom made product shipped via their normal shipping method.

I’m pretty darned impressed with the whole experience, wish I would have gotten the phone guy’s name so I could mention him. I’ll definitely call Protektor again if I’m ever in the market for something they make.

I talked to them the same morning as you. I ordered a bag with a few modifications and he stated that he should be able to get it out by the end of the week.
I picked up my mail on Friday and my package was there. Very pleased with the service.

I just ordered a new front bag with 1/2" tall ears on Wed March 20th he said I should have it this week. I'm sure it will be here when he said would be. Great people to deal with. Can not say enough good about them.

Ordered last wed. and they sent a email today saying that it is the mail as of this morning. Great service once again.

I have a similar experience with Protektor. I interweb searched ear spacing for the Savage F-class stock and found some numbers. I called over my lunch hour and the fella that took the call new the exact two rear bags I mentioned. He suggested a spacing and a few minutes later the order was placed. A few days later the bag shows up. Tomorrow is my birthday so then my wife says I can open it. Can't wait to try it out. Great communication and experience with the folks at Protektor.

Have 4 Protektor bags. Last 2 were ordered direct from them. They always under promise and over deliver. Good to know they do custom bags. One size does not always fit all.

"Pull the plug" or pull the trigger? Where's that thread with all those bugholes, pills, lights out. Btw I also just ordered a custom bag. Great company.

I can’t say enough good things about them. I shared the same experience when I ordered my f class rear bag. Everything I wanted. They also filled the bag with heavy sand for me, it’s much better than fighting with the sand in my garage and spilling it everywhere. Keep up the good work Protektor.
