If Bob doesn't have it I think your being too specific which means you'll end up waiting or building it new .
It's like a used car , if it's the wrong color , paint it , needs tires ,not a big deal , install them . Point is get started with something and shoot the barrel out of it and change to your desired specs .

You'll be buying "used" so you have to deal with something someone else built, shot, got rid of and moved on to bigger and better things. If you don't find "exactly" what you're looking for in a used rig, you have no choice but to build from $cratch.
IMHO, better to get new tires and repaint till you know what you really want.

Lots of benchrest rifles come up on benchrest.com classified section. You could also place a want ad there.

Thanks. Guys. I call Bob Monday, The B331. I really love it, but that one is sold.:(:(:(:(:(:(
Famous Gunsmith and nice looking.
The only one similar is b320, it is more expensive. And I don’t think it as good as B331.
30BR is too fewer choices, so I open to 6PPC.
Link for your guys to know what Bob got.

I called Bob and wanted some pictures in detail. But Bob seems busy, he has no time to take some pictures and send to my email.

Bobs word is gold his time is even more precious. He's not making much on his used rifles . He usually updates his list twice a yr I think. He was bench rest president for a while and built many winners . Don't think your buying a rifle based on looks , it's the performance you want . Heck these are TOOLS .
If your new to BENCHREST, I would suggest going to a few matches and look at the winners and ask if anyone is selling or knows anyone . That way you can have a good look and hands on test . If it looks new it probably wasn't shot much , but then again , the proof is in the target . If it's a shooter buy it , we don't judge on looks just groups .

I agree with the performance is what I want, but the list cannot show how the performance on each rifle.
But I have to say.
Everyone's word is gold and time is gold, not only Bobs. He does the business on these rifles, so.......o_O

Do you have any of the other essentials ? Flags , gear for reloading precisely, front rest , rear bags , ammo blocks , ? Just the BASICS would cost about $1000. Not counting brass ,brass prep tools , bullets ( one lot of customs , powder , priming tools etc

Go visit his shop , if your serious .

I have all but not flag. The only I need is a rifle, I cannot wait for a new rifle build. I cannot be his shop, because it's pretty far away from me.

Don't think the rifles performance with the previous owner is anywhere near what you could do . I don't mean that as a swipe just that no matter what winning rifle you buy it only will shoot as good as your discipline is .
It takes years to learn , how to breathe squeeze the trigger , hold or not , read the wind , run fast or wait and hope for another chance , how to adjust parallax , did you miss a switch or did I screw the shot or was it my ammo ,
Sometimes years sometimes a lifetime of trying . No matter what rifle or how much you spend or how it looks , it's all about the smaller things that end up making the rifle , any rifle , shoot .

Thanks for your advice.
I am not a BR shooter before, But I shoot the other kind of rifle for years. I am not buying a BR rifle for the match, but I just want more performance. The reason I jump into BR, I have no longer range close to me. 90 percents of time I can only go the range in 200yd. We do not have a club match for BR or any kind of Rifle, only IDPA. I will shoot a pistol match in warmer weather for fun, but the match is once a month. So I just need a rifle can have a better performance and improve myself.
