Bag lube

I wanted to share what I came up with (probably not the first as with most everything) as my favorite bag lube for Benchrest. When I lived in a humid state the break away friction of the rifle was what I focused on. Not necessarily slick, but smooth. My goal is for a rifle to start moving with the same pressure it takes to keep it moving if that makes sense. Not extra force to get it moving. Its simple, 50/50 mix of carnuba wax powder and PTFE powder. This worked on leather or cordura. And really worked in those sticky mornings. What are you guys using?

I wax my stock contact points with a Carnuba wax and blow PTFE powder onto the bag riding surfaces. Works in the swamps in South Louisiana...and Texas.

I have cordura bags but use 3M stock tape. Is that too fast for you? I also have some benchrite bag wax which I believe is carnuba but I’ve never used it. Do you recommend I remove the tape and just wax the bags?

The cap I have is a 'squirt type' nozzle. I can't recall if I cannibalized it from another product's bottle or if it came with the lube.

and for the record, I put teflon tape on the stock and then waxed it with turtle wax carnauba wax. I live in Mississippi and if I go any further south I'm swimming
