My $ 0.02 is to compare what you will have to pay for ___ to your door. Some offer free S&H but their prices are higher that others, ect.ect.ect. Also see if any of your shooting buddies want to go in on a powder / primer group IF you need to meet a certain $$ amount

Before you worry about the cost of the hazmat fee, always check out the cost per pound. I almost always shop powder at Powder Valley. Why? I find that their cost per pound is usually much lower that others who offer free shipping or reduced hazmat fees.

Sharing shipping charges with friends also saves a ton of money. I try to do this as often as possible.

Buying as much powder at a time as you can afford also saves time and money.
