cold fingers

before i go and jump and buy a pr of gloves for shooting at the bench in freezing weather, maybe some shooters can chime in and give me some ideas, was thinking of a pr of battery heated gloves, i don't want mittens, i don't mind taking my right glove off to shoot and put it back on.

I myself have Renauds syndrome/disease.
When any spot on my body feels a chill it shuts down blood to my extremities. I have had problems with my feet as long as I can remember but in the last 10 years or so it has started to effect my hands, ears and nose.
So for me it is all about keeping cold off of my neck and face as much as possible, when doing so my hand stay tolerable for the most part.
Sorry for the kinda off topic rant.

Mr Heater..... works in a drift boat or on a sled..... the first time a guy dragged a heater out in an open boat I thought he'd slid right off his cracker. Now I won't go in the boat without one.

I've got them set up under the bench but just last week a guy told me he just sets his behind him blowing up his butt and I thought that sounded like a better idea. Not only keeps the lower back warm but gets in under anyways.... I be gonna' try it!

Might need a small side fan for mirage, dunno, I haven't tried it yet.

I just have the buddy but got my dad the big buddy. Now i gotta have one too!

I haven't put in batteries and tried the blowers yet. They're in a 20' Conex box with three fold down windows and spray foam insulation. With one window down it's tolerable as is.

I bet you could heat that with a candle. Wear your earplugs and put a chair in there for me.

The windows face north and the doors face west. Prevailing wind is NW about 70% of the time. With the doors shut and only one window down there's a fair amount of concussion from the report. With one of the doors open and a NW wind it can get a little breezy inside so you basically regulate the "draft" with the door to balance out the concussion vs the breeze. Before the spray foam you couldn't make me shoot out of it.
