A couple of years ago I had a custom 6.5 Creedmoor built. By the time I it was done, I had done a lot of reading and found out about the Cult and wished I had gone with a 6.5x47 or anything else but the Creedmoor. I recently ordered a 300 Norma mag. Please tell me it will not follow in the foot steps of the Creedmoor. As soon as I get it I will shoot it in the opposite direction and see if finds it way to the 1' square steel one mile away.

Please. We have been beaten up and made fun of for over 50 years. It will be hard to find something that hasn't already been said or done.
Most of this started when "Snipers Hide" decided to screw up their forum. They all headed this way really quick and have yet to all go back.
well it isn't a bad round. just that it really has already been done before. the only thing that brought on the attacks is all the unrealistic hipe. quarter inch all day long out of whatever cheap rifle you bought. 1000 yrd super cartridge. the experienced shooters called BS on that quick.

My vote is for the .308. It's seen it's heyday and should be relegated to the military history scrap heap, right along with the '06. Next to the CM, two of the most overrated and overhyped calibers in existence.
Third place is the 7mm Remington Magnum, back in the '60s, a must have for 100 pound whitetails in heavy brush.
P.S. I can see the reactor rods starting to overheat already.

Don’t open up that there lid on the.308 can. Something else is liable to come out at Ya!
No clue on that, just never realized a member who's been here for a yr and a half dictates what background other members can come from is all.
