Accubond seating depth

Regarding the Nosler accubond... is there a general consensus with what seating depth these bullets like? My loading in a 243 Win with 90 grainers has been guided by recommended COAL (however, not Accubonds)- I now feel like I have a pretty solid measurement to the lands. Gonna load to CBTO, and not COAL. Evidently, I’ve been loading .007, .067, and .097” off. I feel capable of doing more meaningful seating depth testing now, and just wondering if there’s a best place to start... thanks.

Im sure the guide goes by saami dimensions with no regard to real world freebore and more about magazine length. That number is also where they did their testing and when you change that dimension all bets are off regarding pressure

There are no one size fits all answers here..ya just have to test in your barrel and let it tell you what it wants.

That said, since it's a hunting rifle, find the point where it's jammed but won't stick the bullet upon extraction. Start there...only one direction to go from there. I'd do .003" increments.

in my 6X47 L, the 90 Gr Accubond shot one small ragged hole using H-4350 seated .005 off the lands. Velocity in my 22" barrel was 2975 FPS. Really shot great and was consistent.

I have two 25-06's that I shoot the 110 Ab in. One is .05 off the other is .1 off the lands. My 243 I started at .1 and shot sub-.5" groups. My 264 WM is at .075 off. Seems like they like a bit of jump. But, no two rifles (as shown by the 25's above) like the same jump.
BTW, these are all hunting rifles.

I ran Bergers seating depth test the other day with a 270 win and the results were extremely informative.... seems like I could do the same with Accubonds...seat 3 each at .010, .050, .090, and .130 and let the target get me started.
