Case capacity question

So, would a wildcat 22 Creedmoor case have the same capacity as it's parent case the 6.5 Creedmoor?

The reduction in neck diameter (since you fill to level with the case mouth) will reduce the capacity, and if you do anything with the shoulder, it will as well.

and the nozzle effect of necking sown would likely make it a great bbl burner.
