remington trigger tune up?

There was a thread a few months back about having the older 700 triggers tuned and the pull lightened. I have searched and can't seem to find it. I have several to do and the thread listed some members here that do this kind of work. can anyone point me in the right direction. thanks Mark

They are pretty straightforward to do your own work on. Are you comfortable working on guns? I usually take them all the way down, clean everything, check for burrs or edges, lightly stone the sear contact surface and replace the trigger spring with a lighter one from Wolff. Reassemble and set sear engagement, over-travel and trigger pull. Do all normal safety checks after any trigger work. If you are interested I have some information I can share.
