Case capacity

It would not be impossible, but it would be a real pain in the ass. I'm thinking that a more bulky powder would be a better solution. jd

You could have the breech end of the barrel cut back 0.100" and the lost threads cut back on. Have 0.100" cut off your sizing and seating dies and push the shoulder of the cases back 0.100", trim the cases and turn the necks. 0.100" or by whatever amount you wanted to reduce the case capacity.

Cowboy shooters use Dacron as filler material.
Dacron fiber work well for pistol powder in rifle cases but i would be scared as hell to use it in a case with a full load of rifle powder. Take it for what it's worth i'm no expert but i've experimented some with cast bullets/reduced loads.

I was thinking more in the line of something that would adhere to the interior of the cases permanently and effectively lower capacity.

I would suggest you change powder, seating depth to fill it in with a bullet, case mfr or cartridge all together like a short version of what youre using. Dont try any filler material either permanent or in with the powder. A shorter freebore or longer bullet or bullet jump is my suggestion
