My Rempel I did some trimming and replaced the pins with titanium.
Think it weighs 1 pound 14 ounces now.

I will see if I can attach a pic of one a guy had done. Now that is machined.

Just want to say, for anyone interested in the Phoenix bipod, ordering and shipping was fast! I ordered mine Wednesday night and it arrived this morning (Friday). So far, I'm happy with how it looks, we'll see how it performs in the near future.

Does yours keep the cant adjustment?

I like my Tier-One carbon fiber F-TR bipod very stable. I use the brass rod to make final fine adjustments. My pad is a backpacking sleeping pad with some carpet glued on top.

I have been using the old fat Phoenix Bipod for two years now and absolutely love it. The new lighter bipod with swivel feet make the Phoenix even better. I love the way the Phoenix tracks, I can see my shots 100% of the time. Not to mention the people that make the Phoenix are awesome, they often donate bipods and match sights for the prize tables at several shoots every year.

I'm looking for one for my Phoenix that's coming but the only one I can find is the pbike one that deletes the cant feature but i dont like that idea
