Looks like you are taking way too much off the inside and outside chamfers. Material from the inside cut with no pathway to escape being rubbed on the surface.

I look at chamfering as one small increase over de-burring a flash hole. To me chamfering is merely removing that 90°edge after trimming, not much more.
I'd load them. It appears to be scratching rather than cutting. I agree, too much chamfer. Looks like you have a "knife" edge on the case mouth. I like just enough chamfer on the OD to remove any burr or "rolled" edge and mebbe .010" on the ID...
