FL vs FL with neck bushing

What are your thoughts on these two different FL sizing dies with respect to accuracy?
Thanks

I have found that FL Busing dies work the brass much less, allow one to adjust neck tension by .001" increments thus giving me more accurate ammunition. Not have an expansion ball also cuts back on neck length growth.
For hunting ammo standard FL dies work fine, for my match loads, bushing all the way.

I think a one piece die with its neck honed out to about .002" smaller than a loaded round's neck is best. Case necks will end up about .001" or so larger than bushing diameter. They keep the whole case on one axis better; ends up with bullets straighter on case necks.

Most bushing axes can have a small offset to the die body and shoulder axis, there's. 001" or so clearance to the die's bushing cavity.

That said, Sierra used Redding full bushing dies resizing cases to test their match bullets. All bullets had to shoot under 1/2 MOA at 200 yards. Their best ones often went under 1/4 MOA.

That has certainly been my experience.

But don't expect what you get from the factory to be that dimension. But it is easy enough to check what yours is. Size a fired case (that is still close to the annealed state) without the expander and measure the neck OD. Assume you might have 0.001" springback.

FL w bushings has worked forme, I never size the entire neck and gives me the ability to size based on neck thickness. I also use the bushing die as a body die and follow the lee Collett neck die. If you only use one brass then FL. DIE can work better.
