So, clearly, the donut does not matter if your bullet is not seated into it. My 284 Winchester and 284 Shehane reamer has a .188 fb, I guess I have to sent my readers back to ptg to have it regained to maybe a 200-220 fb??

If you have a B-A-D case of doughnuts, K and M tool sells "Mandrel Reamers" that fit your cutter mandrel recess in your neck turning tool. The mandrels have cutting edges on them to ream out the doughnut.
