Waders for duck hunting

haven't had those, but have friends with the frogg-toggs grand refuge series. they are nice waders for the money. if you are going to be walking much go with a breathable type wader and not Neoprene.

Don't know where your at or how your season falls.
I have tried and used a pile of them.
I go for the brush busters.
My favorite pair was a pair of heavy denier, 1200-1800, vinyl lined no insulation. I would wear a pair of bib overalls with what ever I want under them. Peel the bibs off and put the waders on. Get back to the truck and switch again. Combo gave a lot of options.

I then got a pair with the name of barb wire. These were even heavier but insulated. Bibs with light pair of under armor was usually good.

I purchased a pair in Louisiana last time I was down there that most everyone swore by. Easy to move in and comfortable, not warm enough for mid to late season in Kansas most of the time.
If you are going to have a long walk in, keep in mind you will sweat like a pig. I prefer baggy and loose.
In a boat and then a short walk, I like insulated.

Honestly I don't think there is a do all pair.

Let us know where you plan on hunting and what the terrain is like. It makes a difference.

Mr Robertson, have you checked with Willie, Jace or Uncle Si? These guys are very experienced in that area of the outdoors.:)

Macks prairie wings house brand are the only waders that will make 2 seasons with experienced duck hunters in arkansas. We hunt hard (50-75 days) in the flooded timber and rice fields. Hodgdon or lacrosse makes them for their specs
