I'm looking for a 2 groove Benchmark barrel in a Remington varmint contour. Anyone know where i can find one, in stock or on a shelf?

You can order direct from Benchmark, I recently did so .900 3-G. Ron there took my order got to me within the time he said (8-weeks) I ask for a 26" finish, smith slugged it and ask me what length I wanted it at slugged that good! great product and CS!
Have you contacted Benchmark and spoke with them. I know they normally don't produced a blank without an order, but you never know what they might have on the shelf.

Talked to the guys @ b mark and its a long lead time, so i figured someone might stock them in the configuration due to the increasing popularity of tactical rimfire.
Not inferring that it matters one iota.. but i heard it directly from Wayne Wills..
You could try Gene Davis in pleasantville oh. He used to fit a lot of reverse tapers and may have one around his shop. The first runs of the old 17 3/4 twist two grooves were great, I have one with over 130,000 rds, and it still shoots pretty good. The hotter the weather the better they shoot.

Was just wondering, since IMO that is big news in the RFBR world and I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else.
It don't matter to me anyway it goes.. i don't use Eley anyway

I haven't used Eley in over 5-years now. I shoot Lapua products only as all my barrels utilize the Nevius chamber specs.
But if KSS is now Eley owned will it affect ARA & PSL organizations? that is what I mean by big news
Nothing in a negative effect towards those entities was not brought out in the conversation.. so i don't think that is the case for the orgs.. at least that is the feeling i have gotten about that..
