Happy New Year!!!

In central Ohio at 10:30 am this morning it was 0° with a 10 mph wind (-16° wind chill) -7° last night at 1:30 am and probably got colder. Forecasted to be about -10° tonight. Please warm up. I want to shoot again.

Happy New Year to you and yours.

While I'm happy to find my self up and about on this sunny morning, I'm a little less thrilled to find -6 deg. F at 10:30 am here in northeast Wisconsin.

Happy New Year all! I missed it. I was asleep around 10:15.
HOW DO YOUR HEADS FEEL, YOU PARTY ANIMALS??;)
Intheshop: I'm gonna get the wood stove going and make some sawdust "in the shop"!:):):):)
sorry to report mr boring life isnt a party animal anymore. :(:Dmy dad went to bed at 9pm and i watched the ball drop all by myself. everybody seems to have a woodburner, --i may have to make one at the shop-

Hey Hoz! Don't be sorry about leading a clean, responsible sedate lifestyle! These days they have DUI road blocks everywhere and they mean business! Just because you had a couple beers, you'll be "walking the line" because you smell like you've been drinking. It's not like the old days. My wife and I declined the party invites, rented a movie and hit the sack.;)

I've been out in the shop turning brass and freezing my tail off all weekend. Talk about living it up!!! Lol
The wood stove is great if you're hugging it or moving around!

moving around meaning "the heats in the tools"?:Dyeah you need air circulation with one -ive got tube heaters hooked up to nat gas and turning up the thermostat is alot easier than cutting and spliting wood:) but i have alot of wood scraps i give to the neighbor.

We're trying to compete with you! 11am in middle Ohio and still -4° with a wind chill of -20°. The coldest I ever remember was in the early 80's, an actual -25° on Christmas Eve night and Christmas day the peak temperature was -11°. The coldest time I spent outside was working at a full service gas station for minimum wage of $1.50 an hour, (yes, a long time ago!) I worked from 11pm to 7am and the temp was -25° with a 20-25 mph wind up on top of a hill. The wind chill was -54° to -58°.

Keep Warm!
