6.5 Cm Lapua brass primers?

Hey guys just picked up lapua brass for the 6.5. What kind of small rifle primers are you guys having luck with?? I have a lot of #205 small rifle and wolf. Are most guys running small magnum? Or am I fine with sticking to small standard? Thx

i have been using BR4s with success...

Virtually everyone (there are a few of those BR4 guys ) uses 450 CCI magnums with the 47 Lapua. I would recommend the same especially since it is a larger case.

I'll try the 450s on the next load then! Never hurts to test multiple types!

I use Wolf SR magnums. If I did not have any available, as Grimstod pointed out, I would use the CCI 450's.

I just transitioned to Lapua brass in my CM and did a group of 20 shots for testing using Federal small rifle match primers and had no issues at all. Gonna stick with those for now.
