Just upgraded to Gold. (Was a plain old Site Contributor in the past). As a Newbie, the site has been of great value and fortunately I have hooked up with a mentor regarding long range and one for short range and also one for Rim Fire. Now, how to I get an Avatar up?

Go to your profile, click on the avatar (currently a gray "target") and upload a picture.
