A couple of weeks ago I set my railgun on a barstool in my gunroom to remove something from the carrying case. My Chocolate lab was in the gunroom and I had the door open. She spotted a cat and tore out the door tipping the barstool over and dropping about 80lbs. of railgun on to the floor scope down. Needless to say the scope was a total mess. Just in case it might be repaired, I sent it to Sightron USA. Customer service called and said they were sorry to say the scope was a total(and I figured as much). In a great gesture they sold me a brand new 10x50x50x for $489 shipped. I thought this was right good of them considering the only failure was my stupidity. Makes me want to continue to use their products.

Sightron is a great company and yes, I sell their products in my store. They are very understanding of small business needs, other premium optic companies are not. Not every gun store in the country sells 2 million a year net.
Allen and the team at Sightron has enabled a small brick and mortar business like me to provide my customers with premium optics.
I would shoot that cat cardman, the dog can't help it

to give such a good deal to you considering what happened. I have to agree with rebel as for loosing

Just curious why you think they should have given him a new scope. I thought the deal that they gave him was a good one.
