Pennsy and semi -autos

I am at a loss, I fail to see (hear?) how a semi automatic rifle would be any louder than a bolt gun to groundhogs. In as much as every bullet sent out of a barrel should hit it's mark, the killing merely gets done sooner. This leaves time for other pursuits.

The bureaucracy must be appeased first and then the rules will be voted on and finalized. Last year it was April 5 before anything was approved.

As long as you aren't using a 10 round magazine, yes.

To the best of my knowledge, ten round mags are the smallest.

Ruger makes 5 round magazines for the 10/22

Am ready for when they approve the new reg's as have my five round "clips/ mags" ready and loaded also have my SPECIAL SCOPE already sighed in.

The intent is similar to the mag limit in a shot gun used for hunting. This is essentially a 3 year trial period. Hopefully, the spray and pray individuals won't destroy this.

Looks like I might be spending summer in PA this year.
