Recommendations for bluing service/metal finishing

I'm looking for recommendations of a person that can preform both metal finishing and excellent bluing. This job will be a redo of what another couldn't accomplish.
I need the flats/shank on the barrel polished to match the action, then all of it re-blued.

The action is a weatherby Mark V and the barrel is a Chrome-moly lilja.

This barreled action will reside in a very expensive piece of wood when finished, so I'm willing to pay top dollar to have it look right.

If you know a person that can accomplish this please let me know.

just got back my 1968 BROWNING BAR from MEL DOYLE phone # 208 686-1006 or SMITHS in FIREARMS NEWS barrel was rusted with pits an scratches action all scratched up, mel mirror polished barrel an action and hot blued both looked like new in box paid wait for it $ 85.00 shipped. best job ever any questions call CHANCE 702 523-1915
