284win & 9.5" Twist

I'm building a mid range hunting rifle with a 26" Bartlein 9.5" Twist 5R as recommend by the maker for 140 to 162gr bullets. Reamer with .317 neck and 165 FB.
European rifle makers and others have 9.5" T for the 7-08 & 7 rem mag cartridges.
Most 284 owners appear to choose the 9" T for all bullet weights.
Has anyone got first hand experience with 9.5" twist or comments.
Thanks

I have a 1:9.5 twist n my tikka, it shoots 162 hornady & 168 vld hunting bergers great!

My brothers 9.5 twist 7mm-08 shoots 175gr Horandy SP very nicely. Actually it shoots the 175's better than 140gr Berger VLD hunt.

I can shoot everything up to and including 168 Bergers in my 1:10 at sea level. You should be fine with a 9.5T
