Cutting a ejector slot

Guys,

Any gun smith around that would be willing to cut an ejector slot in a NEF bbl,
slot would be approx .315/.320" wide x .320" long and .140" deep.

I would do the work myself, but my mill is down, awaiting several parts,
so I have to farm it out etc.

I would really to shoot this bbl, before Nov.

Grab a new file and have at it, lots quicker than a mill set up...

I would do that except that there is a 5/16" radius at the top end, then the ejector nose goes into the chamber.

There is bbl lock up lug that extends below the chamber,
all on the same plane, without ruining the bbl lug,
so you can not get a flat straight shot at the ejector slot.

It takes me about and Hr to do it the mill.

Hate to say it but would a dremel tool get the radius done with a little patience ?

Ya' nobody has or uses a file anymore. "Old" technology.
