A case, reamers, a chamber and dies ?

When having reamers made up, how do they decide the measurements for a system that works.
Is the case measured, than .001 or .002 added for the chamber reamer.

How much smaller does the resize reamer need to be ?

Hal, I spec my sizing reamer .002 at the shoulder diameter and .003 at the web. This is based on my chambering reamer specs.

+1. I also send the reamer maker three casings I expect to use in the chamber so there's no misunderstand in specifics or a blueprint if available.
