Best Primer pocket uniformer

Who makes the best primer pocket uniformer for depth of cut?
I dont want one that takes metal off the side walls of the pocket and makes for loose pockets.

Thanks

The 21st century tool is VERY nice. R.W. Hart has a new one that is similar and less expensive with carbide cutter. It has a hex fitting on one end for chucking up and is adjustable for depth via a longitudinal screw plus a set screw. Both are easy to set cut depth to .0005" ........ If you're cutting pockets to both SAAMI & SIP standards the ease of adjustability is important. R.W. Hart doesn't have their new tool pictured on their web site yet.................. Just bought one and very pleased with it compared to my old K&M.

I've got the PMA "PPC" version that is slightly smaller than a normal small rifle primer size and it does a great job on my Lapua 6BR brass.

Almost 10 years ago, I bought a large/small set from This Fellow on ebay. The workmanship is great and there are cutters on both ends, for when one end gets dull. I have yet to need to reverse the cutter as the original ends are still going strong. Glad to see him still in business as I believe a good product should be promoted.
