Weaver T36, 6br, 1000y

Next build I'm planning on a budget build and using a T-36. Gun will be either a straight 6br or a Dasher, and mostly be shot at midrange but would like to be able to shoot at 1k effectively. Would a 20moa rail be enough and still able to shoot POA/POI at 100y and 1000y?

Only reason I'm choosing the T-36 is because I'd like to keep cost right around $300 from the secondary market and have a silver colored scope.

Chamber the Dasher. Stock BR's can be a struggle with the loss of a solid 200 fps to the Dasher.

Because it's a budget build, barrel is going to be likely a RemAge prefit, I can get either Dasher or 6br but it depends more on brass availability at the time I do purchase the barrel. Just wanted to be sure that a 20moa base will suffice for the slowest choice.
