Now understand, I'm all about accuracy and modern bench guns, but there is something about beautiful walnut when the light makes the grain just pop! For others it may be the way a 100 year old lever action showing its age tells a story and you wonder what it would say if it could talk. Still others are into some of the amazing handgun or tactical offerings we have available these days. I will start it off with a Claro Walnut stocked Contender carbine. I hand rubbed many coats of linseed oil to get the look I wanted. Show me what YOU like.

Josh, You need to make a run to Hearne's with me. They have wood that will make this stuff look tame. Googled this one up, tiger stripe maple.

I may like Walnut but fiberglass definitely has it's purpose. 12 and 17 lb. 1000 yard rigs.
