I ran into Shiraz at the Berger SWN. I told him I appreciated him supporting the shooting sports and keeping barrels in stock. I told him I would like to see him stock a 1.25 straight tube in 6mm. He said to send him an email to remind him after the shoot.

Well I finally remembered and fired off an email. Within less than one hour he responded and said he added it to the line. Now that is being responsive you your customers needs. Great job Shiraz!
 
I don't think anyone doubts he appreciates the shooting sports. He probably is like the rest of us, working hard to support his favorite hobby or pastimes
 
Their service is tops IMO. I visited their showroom in Springfield, MO. last year. Lots of good stuff and the sales personnel were great. I enjoy doing business with the Grizzly folks.
 
Absolutely agree, Shiraz is a incredible individual and his operation reflects that. I like working with straight arrows when it comes to business.
 
Just a heads up....

Last December I ordered 500 Berger 105 6 mm hybrid target bullets from Bullets.com. It went to back order (which was OK) Last Thursday it came in. Having ordered from Bullets.com and living in the NW, it is nice to have only 3 days shipping from their store in WA. This package was shipped from PA and took 9 days to get here.
The bullets were shipped in a thin plastic bag, in a 5" x 6" cardboard box. In other words, this bag as banging around like a BB in a boxcar all during shipping. A number of the bullets were dinged, which I was not happy about. Normally they would come in the standard Berger Bullet bulk yellow box, well backed, so the bullets do not move during shipment.
I called Bullets.com and spoke to a gal there and really didn't get an answer. Was Berger shipping their bullets this way , now in bulk?
Called Berger.... Talked to one on the rep's there. He was very upset to hear this, because I was not the first person to call, about this. Seems someone in the Grizzly PA warehouse was "repackaging" their bullets. (a big no-no).
Have not had a chance to call Bullets.com to request a return authorization yet. Monday....

I did brag on them above, however I recently received 500 bergers in a plastic bag/cardboard box. I assumed that is the way they had been received from Berger. Maybe not?
 
I ordered a 1000 a while back and they came to me on the east coast N.C. in a few days in a yellow Berger box with metal reinforced corners and inside a heavy plastic bag that i couldn't even rip GREAT PEOPLE in my experience ;)
Almost forgot this was inside another box with packing material :)
 
Gina, if you have received any 105 Hybrids, you are better off than I. In early November I ordered 500 of the 6mm Hybrids and received a notice on Nov 14th that they would be back ordered. If you ordered yours in December, why are you getting yours quicker than I. I have e-mailed bullets.com twice since Dec requesting an update, but I receive a message back that they will be shipped when available. I understand that Berger Hybrid bullets are in great demand, but I don't understand this violation of " first come , first serve". Maybe there is a simple explanation, but I would love to here it. James
 
i ordered 300 bullets they came in a berger yellow box don't know where they shipped from i am in pa. maybe for some dumb reason they are breaking up the 500 boxes for shipping purposes? not saying this is right but i sure won't order 500ct. boxes .
 
I ordered 2 boxes of 500 in November. They were back ordered. Just by chance I went on to their website and noticed the 500 count hybrids were in stock. I called to see what was going on and they told me I had ordered vlds. My order clearly said hybrids but they had the wrong item #. I would still be waiting if I hadn't noticed that. They should be coming any day. I hope they are not shipped in a bag.
 
I also ordered 500 - 105 hybrids on Nov 30. Just talked with them and they said they are expecting more on March 9th. They did not say what year. Based on someone receiving an order that was placed in December I would say something is drastically screwed up in Bullets.com. Their online system also indicates they have 105 hybrids in stock. It might be a long time before I place another order with bullets.com. Bruno's is looking better but not by much.
 
If it shows them in stock they should be. I have ordered several times and nothing but top quality service. And received exactly what I ordered. Each time the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly.

Not sure why a few claim to have had terrible experiences.
 
Perhaps mine have been shipped. I am in Louisiana so it may be a few more days before I receive them. James

I guess I'll find out whose BSing who because I just ordered another box of 500 105 hybrids. If they are in stock, they have employees who are being misinformed.
