Just build your own.....2 layers 3/4" plywood......24" wide x 38" long (min)
1.25" threaded black pipe sleeve cut @ 15* angle...welded to 4x4 x 1/4" plate
31" threaded pipe (1.25") with PVC caps on bottom......
I have something like rick in Oregon, very sturdyand also tilts up and down, will not ship! live in central Missouri! probably around 500.00I'm sorta biased towards the BR Pivot too......about as stable as a rock, and "vehicle-served portable". I've used mine since 1998, and it's still going strong. Just returned from a 5-day ground squirrel shoot, and it performed perfectly once again during the firing of over 500 CF rounds, mostly .20 Vartarg and 204 Ruger.

If you're after PD's, a rotating bench is about a must unless you like to pick your bench up and move it every time a rat pops up out of the fixed line of fire......been there. Midway does not offer the Lite version, but their standard model does everything you want. Good luck with the quest.
Here's mine:

I built one off these too, actually it's pretty slick. I routed a semi circle groove for a bipod, and cut a slot for a handle also.www.ruggedbuddy.com
