I have to tell you about my dealings with Pat at PMA. I ordered several things from him last week. They were shipped out promptly and arrived at my house quickly with very low shipping costs. One of the items that I ordered was packaged wrong and was not what I wanted or ordered. I emailed Pat and told him that the part was packaged wrong. He immediately responded and claimed responsibility for the mis-packaging. He said another part would be placed in the mail the following morning. He made no mention of returning the wrong part. This man was standing behind his service and his tool no matter what! I was very impressed with his quick response and his solution to the problem. I emailed him back and told him I was ordering some more of mandrels from him and to please just send the replacement one with the order and that I would return the wrong part. After I sent the second order he emailed and said he would credit my return shipping on the second order. What a great company, man, and customer service. The tools I ordered from him were of very high quality and the service outstanding. We need more people like this in the firearms industry! By the way - I have never ordered from him before and do not know him - I just got great customer service from a great guy. Thanks Pat.
