Full results from today. Bart and Mark actually tied for overall just for today. Bart in a tie-breaker.

Tomorrow is the day. Horrible winds and rain forecast for Sunday. IBS will not allow tomorrow's program to be started and/or done today even with the forecast so bad. We "gotta" do it in the rain and cold to get the job done. Stay tuned.
Congrats to you both
I won’t tell mark was shooting a
Savage Dasher lol

Thanks Larry,

Congrats to Bart!

I was lucky to be sitting between two great shooters and I basically copied them, I did exactly almost to a “T” what Bart and Terry B we’re doing.

I’d like to thank you Larry, Steve, Larry M, Dave and Bob for all the good work you did and made this happen

Also I’d like to thank Rich for feeding us

Good luck tomorrow, Mark N.

Congrats to you both
I won’t tell mark was shooting a
Savage Dasher lol

The same Savage Dasher Bostrom built for me in the late 2000's that I shot near 1000 times then sold. Charlie Brown shot it a little and mark is now near 2,000 rds. through that same barrel. It's probably a 3,000 rd. barrel or more and never set back.

May there be another good day in that barrel.

100% rain and pouring with wind now.

All stop. Some benches in standing water. Wind and nasty rain.

The “powers to be” are in discussion.

Just wanted to thank Steve Krauss and the entire Manatee crew for putting on an excellent match! Everyone was very friendly and extremely accommodating! What great time we had even with the bad weather on Sunday! I’m already looking forward to doing it again next year!

I also want to Congratulate

Cory Tolksdorf - Top Junior shooter and a very fine young man!

Joe Ignacio - LG SCORE WINNER

Kevin Smith - LG OVERALL WINNER this was also Kevin’s first 600 yard match!

Mark Niezabitowski - HG SCORE WINNER AND 2ND 2 GUN OVERALL!

Terry Balding “The Wisconsin Kid” shot very well! Placing 2ND HG SCORE, 2ND HG GROUP, and 2 HG OVERALL and 3RD OVERALL 2 GUN! Of course you have to understand! Terry can shoot the lid off a milk jug at 2000 yards! I’m not kidding! I’ve seen the video!

Ed Gwyn a new shooter from West Virginia shot very well. Coming in 4th in the OVERALL 2 Gun!

Alex Linn had his rifle dialed in and shot extremely well! If not for one shot I believe Alex would have won the LG OVERALL!

Congratulations to Roger Johnson for the smallest group of the weekend! A nice round 1.135!

What was going on in heavy gun relay 1? I just noticed not one person scratched the top 5, not even in score, while drawing relay 1. I thought only us 1000 yard guys saw this kind of "mother nature effect" in aggregate matches.

Tom

The Manatee lived up to its reputation as a windy bitch! It was a 10 to 15 mph switchy head wind from the time we arrived until we left. I don’t remember anytime where I thought one relay had an advantage over the other! It Could have been, but I didn’t see it. Every time the targets were hung I was just hoping I didn’t have a train wreck.

I see where 12 out of the Top 15 in HV came from Relay 2 (7th spot was the best finish for Relay 1 participants).
