Couldnt be any happier with 223 contender!

Decided to try some old loads I used in my tc. 3 shot at 200, backed it up with some better ones but didnt take a pic. Simple book load of 27.0 gr xterminator, 2.260 oal nosler 40gr and win brass.

Wish mine shot that well. It is still a work in progress. 12 twist and 14" barrel keeps me shooting the 40gr also.

Keep at it! Mine just has the hangerbar with a milled out g2 forearm, custom pin thats snug, and headspace shims from bellm. I really wanted my 35 rem barrel to shoot this good, not that it was bad, but this one really suprised me!

My Contender likes Sierra 52grHPBT 23.3gr H322 CCI 400 2.245 OAL. 5/8 inch at 100 yds. Also shoots good in my AR and my friends AR.
