Chasing threads on a Savage

    Hi Guys,

    I am installing a new target spring in an Accutrigger. The old one kept backing off so I put some loctite on it. Now I am trying to clean it out to start over. I'd like to chase the threads on it. It looks like an 8-something - looks too coarse to be an 8-32. Does anyone know the thread spec?
