If you have access to a 3-d printer, there are several designs you can try making.
Look at www.thinginverse.com. and do a search on "RCBS"

Here is one I saw that doesn't require me turn the ram around. Not sure if primers will drop right into the tube but it may fix some of the problems with the original primer catcher.
If you can import the .stl file and edit it, I would extend the edges a bit further and then raise the sides slightly and the front as well...
