A Mile or More.

I'm looking for a place to shoot a mile or more within 3 hours drive from Sun Prairie WI.

I have both 600 and 1,000 yard ranges within 20 minutes. Looking to stretch it out.

Regrets, I don’t live in your area. Can say I’m envious that you live so close to 600 & 1000 yard ranges... 30 minute drive to my closest 300 yard range.

Terry, You could possibly take a look around some of the paper company lands in northern Adams county. They get tax breaks, so they allow public recreational access.

Not too far, near the coast I have to drive three hours to get 1,000 yards, I probably have to fly for a mile unless I make friends with a private land owner.

Why do ya have to find a “range” to shoot at. There ain’t enough open ground anywhere in your whole area to shoot a couple miles? Must be tight quarters. How do ya safely take a shot at an animal? Come on out. I never stepped it off but I bet I could find a 50-75 mile stretch with no humans.

My granny lives in Minnesota. A town every 10 miles and a road and a house every quarter mile. That’s as far east as I’ve been. Must get worse the farther you go I’m assuming. Not bashing it if it’s for you then great. It’s kinda pretty, all the farms, green, trees.

I saw that!! Kanye and his maga hat. Wtf!! I guess he chose Cody over Jackson to have less liberals. Hopefully we can keep them all penned up in little areas. Funny though
