Zero Headspace

None.... when the cartridge fires, no matter how much space was there, the case expands and fills the chamber - so they all have "0" head space when fired.
 
I'll rephrase. Zero head space before firing. I am seeing heavy ejector marks on what I think is a safe load. All components and the load are the same as I used last summer. Shooting in the ones and twos to boot.
 
Why not nudge the shoulder back on a sampling to give that brass at least a thousandth or so of clearance and then see what affect, if any, it has on those ones and twos.
